Embossing + Watercolor

Hello!

This time is a car I have made from tried and tested techniques! 😉 Using watercoloring within heat embossed areas.

I first stamped a few flowers and leaves using Penny Black Dahlias stamp set on normal card stock (since I wouldn’t be using too much water) and heat embossed it using some white embossing powder.

I watercolored this piece using some shades of pink, purple, green and marine colors. I then outlined and colored the background with light blue watercoloring.

I lightly colored the card base in Broken China distress ink and stamped a side of the background using Heidi Swapp Chevron using Memento Bahama Blue ink. I then adhered the watercolor piece directly on the card base. I stamped the sentiment in the same ink from the same stamp set.

This finished my card! Thanks for looking! 🙂
