CAS(E) This Sketch…Again!

Hello!

I am making another card to submit to the current CAS(E) This Sketch challenge. Why? Two reasons – one, I wasn’t quite satisfied with the first one I submitted (I liked the idea, but somehow, not the final card) and I found a great inspiration from Aga’s card, which I couldn’t wait to try! 🙂

I started with a white piece of card stock. I stamped the flowers and leaves and berries from the Petals & Stems from Avery Elle using Memento Inks Black Tuxedo, London Fog and Grey Flannel.

I then die cut right across this using WPlus9 Scallop die and also cut off in a stright line a little above this. Laying this above a black card base, I stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts ‘All Occations Messages’ in white pigment ink. After this dried, I foam mounted the two pieces on either side of the sentiment.

I didn’t add any other embellishments to this card, since I wanted the black and white to stand out. So that finished my card. 🙂
