PE: CTS Favorite!
Hello!
I think in my recent few cards, I’ve been producing better cards with watercoloring! 😛 All I’ve used was distress inks so far, so I thought of using some actual water colors for this one –
I started with a strip of water color paper and did some rainbow watercoloring. I then die cut out some butterflies from the Mariposas, Butterflies and Papilons (I think) from Sizzix. I then adhered the watercolored piece directly on the card base and foam mounted the butterflies on the co-ordinating negative space, off-setting them a bit to the right.
For the space below, I used some more watercolor paper and added modelling paste on using Memory Box Radio Waves stencil. I then (once again) watercolored a rainbow a strip of watercolor paper and die cut it with Memory Box Hello die. I finally foam mounted the piece with the modelling paste and directly adhered the sentiment on top.
And that finished my card! And here’s the sketch for the CAS(E) This Sketch #112 –
