#722 – Ewe Have My Heart

Hello! For it is the season of love, I have the perfect stamp to create a card –

Trying to continue my efforts to make cards using critters, I though this would be the easiest and best choice – My Favorite Things Ewe Are th Best stamp. The sheep here are just too cute, and there are also some extra stamps to create scenes easily – one of the reasons I bought the stamp set!

Anyway, I first stamped the Etched Tribal stamp on my kraft card base. I die cut a piece of white cardstock using the Pinking Edge Square die cut, stamped the scene and watercolored it using distress inks. The same for the small flowers and the cute little sheep. After fussy cutting the sheep and flowers, I assembled the card by foam mounting the scene, sentiment an sheep, mounting the whole thing on a white card base.

I am joining the following challenges with my card –

  1. Such a fun and sweet Ewe, Ashwini. I love your watercolouring and CAS design. TFS and so pleased you joined us at CAS Watercolour. Hugs

  2. Your sheep really seems to echo the frog on the challenge graphic. Fab card. Thanks for joining in with the current AAA Cards Challenge.

  3. Adorable card Ashwini!! And it starts with the background … love the soft tan with the stamped “tribal” image — very cool. Your pinked-edged square main panel pops off the colour. Very creative to rotate it to create a diamond with the cutest scene EVER!! Great watercolouring of your hills, tree, flower and sweet Ewe! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!
