#740 – Seize the Birthday – Teal and White

Hello! We have a new challenge at Seize the Birthday, and everyone’s invited! While the challenge is more or less an ‘anything goes with a birthday theme’, we do have an optional topping. And the optional topping this time is ‘Teal or White’.

And here’s the card I made –

I went with an ombre look, with a lighter and darker shade of teal. I first created the background using distress oxide inks, then added a die cut layer of white card stock, which I die cut using Lil Inker Designs Diamond Chevron. The sentiment panel is Reverse Confetti Whole Lotta Happy and the flowers are from Lesia Zgharda Kvity’s Contours and Leaflets stamps.

With this card, I am also joining

I do hope you also stop over the Seize the Birthday challenge blog, where you can see much more inspiration from our talented DT and our amazing Surprise Party Guest, Kimberly Lackenbach! And don’t forget to join the fun – remember you can choose to go with or without the topping, as long as it is a birthday project!

And thank you so much for stopping by! 🙂
