#745 – Vibrant Birthday

Hello! It is, once again, time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday! As usual, the challenge is to create a birthday project, and you are free to go with or without the topping. And the topping this time is ‘Vibrant Colors’.

Seize The Birthday - The Toppings

Seize The Birthday - Anything Goes

And here’s what I created for inspiration –

I used three stamp sets for the background – WPlus9 Fresh Cut Flowers, Avery Elle Laurels and Avery Elle Petals and Stems. I stamped them on a card panel, then watercolored on top using Camel Drawing Inks. Once done, I added some more colors in the background using Zig Brush pens. I also added a few splatters of brown and yellow. I also embossed this panel using We R Memory Keepers Geometric embossing folder.

I then die cut the panel using Spellbinders Deckled Rectangles. I also die cut the ‘Birthday’ using My Favorite Things Emmitt Alphabet dies. I die cut the ‘happy’ using Winnie & Walter In a Word: Happy die from gold foil adhered cardstock and stacked it along with some four more die cut pieces. I then adhered all the pieces on the card base.

With this card I am joining the following challenges –
